One time Initiation Fee (Due with application) - $50.00 |
Annual membership dues - (Effective from 1 Jan - 31 Dec: $325.00 |
For applications submitted 1 Jul - 30 Sep, dues cover remainder of calendar year. Fee Due with Application: $162.50 (Plus $50 app fee) |
Applications submitted 1 Oct -31 Dec include dues of: $325.00 for membership until Dec 31 of the following year. |
Annual memberships expire Dec 31 of the current year, (except as noted above). Renewals are due in January of each year. |
Once your application is approved and fees are paid, you will receive a Clubhouse walk-through with the Vice-commodore. After the walk-through and rules review, you'll receive your membership card, password to the member area of the website, Wi-Fi access, and door and refrigerator codes and all other membership benefit details.
We kindly ask that you keep all access and passwords or codes
secure and do not share with non-members.
