a Courteous Boater
Our
membership is generally a very friendly, social, and courteous
group. One area we need to remember to extend that to is
our time on the water on our boats.
 Remember
that while under power, you have the responsibility for your
boat wake. When in or near a harbour, location with anchored
or docked boats, or in the area of a no wake bouy: slow down!
Legally, you are responsible for any damage your wake causes.
When
heading from your slip to the gas dock, please take your
time and go slow. It will make your fellow yacht club members
happy!
